Pretty good description. I have a similar feeling.

Have to say I'm a bit surprised at the relentlessness with which their playing style has been criticized, and the public attitude is shifting strongly against LvG.

That means he'd now likely to go crazy, defiant, and double down, because he won't take any shit.
He could also increasingly fall out with players.

With the injuries they have I tend, at the moment, to the second option.
I could see them drop out of top 4 too, at least for a while.

Looks like West Ham will be coming crashing down, Reed and Moses are out injured for 4-6 weeks. Add to that Payet, Sakho and Lanzini returning only some time next year.

he tweeted he is close to returning so this week or next....club hasn't given a official time table. He hurt his hamstring in the watford match so it's a pretty quick turn around and clearly wasn't that serious if he is already close to coming back
