Right place at the right time does wonders to a manager's career, just ask Capello or Rodgers (at Swansea).

I have not followed LVG over the years but did he have the same problems with players in his other jobs.

He doesn't have SUCH a great record really.

He has some great achievements because he's really a very capable coach, but they are repeatedly undone by him being the idiot he is.
