I want to apologize to the Brazilian nation. The reason why we missed 4 penalty kicks was MINE. I was wearing my lucky speedo inside out

Justice. In the 2007 Copa America, Uruguay was superior to Brazil, but you won in penalties. This time round Brazil was superior to Paraguay, but the country of Larrisa won.

Uruguay first has to defeat Peru, that now has one of the best coaches of America. Peru this time round is strong.
I preffer not to be like those Brazilians that consider themselves favourites and then end up lossing and missing 4 penalties.
Venezuela has also one of the best coaches arround. He is playing a good CA. The man is very respectful, i like him.
