Anyone here heard of this site? It's a site where people can review their employers/superiors. You can find reviews from people working at companies like, Blizzard, Activision, EA etc on there. I thought it was pretty interesting.

Apparently, Treyarc have massive management and scheduling issues Many of their employees seem to think there are high levels of incompetence in several of their different departments

- Studio wide emphasis on "just get it done" mentality; as long as the levels look hot by the deadline who cares how it plays.

This "crunch time" culture seems horrible.

If you like Civ 5, get Stellaris, its like it but on a galactic scale. Also, the music is GOAT, giving me very Mass Effect-y vibes, especially since you start as a normal human civilization who just discovered FTL travel and you go spacefaring/looking for species

Well it's a great 4X game in general with a real emphasis on explore

been watching more of valkyria chronichles and not sure if I will like the tactical aspect which is basically what the game is lol.. gonna wait until that's dirt cheap on PSN in 6 months or something. Might check out Overwatch though.

Doom looked like crap to me but I'm hearing a lot of praise for how satisfying the gameplay is. Multiplayer looked like a knockoff Halo though,

multiplayer is forgettable but fun enough to play in-between campaign sessions. The campaign alone is worth the money even full price



Don't forget that Halo is the knock-off Doom but you're right, it's so jarring to see a campaign with so much identity and then a multiplayer with none.

I can never understand how modern kids find CoD awesome when fps gaming really took off with this type of shooter.

Did any of you play Little Big Planet 3?

My girlfriend wants to play some PS4 with me but she's very new to gaming. FPS, fighters and FIFA isn't her thing (as I'm typing this I'm wondering why I'm still with her) but she's keen to play some co-op adventure games.

Any recommendations other than LBP3?

She will love uncharted mate. But isnt coop.

No one else on the doom hypetrain?
