Honestly I agree, at the time I was satisfied with the ending so it feels weird now to know it's not canon for exodus lol.

I think it's because the author wrote a new novel. Or maybe the good ending was always canon?

It's weird because I am sure I went out of my way to get as much moral points i could. Didn't kill a lot. Found sidequests etc. Still got bad ending. Weird.

Re-watched the exodus trailer and it looks so good man.

Yeah same, I paid as much attention as I would do in say Witcher for example and made the decisions I thought were right.

A lot, developers are very open that they were very inspired by Stalker and there's some on the team who made Stalker.

It's more linear than Stalker though.

I don't know the exact numbers but I don't think EA shareholders will be happy with that kind of profit margin at all. CoDs are always expected to see more than BFs but not as much as five times as many.

Especially considering Activision spent way less on CoD than EA did on Battlefront.

This is a good article on the new Metro which is coming out later this year.

It's a lot more open so the Stalker comparisons will be even more than they already are.

It always does though, the closest Battlefield games for example have gotten to CoD is like within 9m copies lol.

I doubt EA will be as upset as you think, they are probably more concerned with the bad pr than the sales.

I played the beta quite extensively, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. But like you say, it has a steep learning curve that will definitely throw off more casual players. I think I mastered some of the characters' abilities quite well, and it was really fun to smash players that weren't as good as me online Razz

Certain characters have really complex combinations of moves, though. I imagine the players who manage to master those will be quite dominant. I might actually get the game.

Some guy in Downdetector.com's comment section claims that a Sony employee told him that the Playstation Network is currently suffering from a massive hacker attack. Since some random guy on the internet said it, I'm going to take it with a grain of salt. However, PSN has occasionally been very unstable over the past week, and for some reason, I can't purchase anything off PS store because I get an error saying my payment card info is incorrect. Which is odd, because I bought a game off PSN exactly a week ago and I've triple checked that everything regarding the card info is in order scratch

Deactivated the credit card from my account, just in case.

I'm enjoying it so much I might actually dedicate time in training mode to learn combos off by heart tbh Laughing

This is one game (that I absolutely loved) that I can't go back and play.

For me, the initial discovery of everything was such a big part of the experience.

It genuinely looks gorgeous now though. Makes me almost wish I haven't played it before.

About the Microsoft/EA rumor - "[big company] is looking into buying [smaller company]" doesn't mean much. Microsoft, like any corporation, is likely exploring *hundreds* of possible acquisition plans. Nothing is real until it's real, and even then it might fall apart

In other words it's not news atm but it could be. I imagine this sort of stuff happens all the time.

I don't like them but FIFA etc being exclusive to Microsoft would be a massive deal as far as the industry is concerned.
