Didn't impress me at EURO 2016. Made a lot of mistakes, bad decisions, the only quality I could see is the physic, which is quite impressive for his age.
Although, I am not saying he isn't good, like RWO said, time will tell everything, but for the moment as far as I am concerned, I wouldn't buy this guy for my team.

He is only 18 though, but yeah his decision making was poor, I don't think he is an intelligent player, being a beast physically can only get you so far.

Yep. He is very young, has enough time to prove himself and the opportunity of developing at a huge club.
Compared to other hyped players at that age, he showed almost nothing. I remember Rooney scoring at EURO 2004 a few goals (4 if I remember well) and he was already being immense.

Ok, nothing special, but solid enough considering his age.
Unless you believe the theories that he's 86 or something because no 19 year old can be that fit.
Definitely a player for the future. I'm sure Carlo is honing is tactical and technical side of the game before putting him in key games.

Well he is only 19 so I suppose this season is mainly about him learning. Will improve next season for sure.
Although I am not sure what type of midfielder he is exactly sometimes. Doesn't look like a goal scorer or a creator. Might be a ball carrier.

Spot on. Physically he has the attributes of the modern winger (pace, stamina) but as you said he lacks creativity and goal scoring. In some ways he actually reminds me of a more physical Walcott actually
I don't get why Bayern spent so much money for him.
