Penaranda fits the bill perfectly but it's definitely not him, this is the first time I've ever heard of him.

None of you got it right.

It was Santi Mina at Celta. Finally hit me today. 20 years old now and at Valencia. Hit like 10 goals in 20 games at the end of 14/15. He scored 4 in one of those games which is why the hype began and why I distinctly remember him.

I don't know how he started the season but I hope he has a bright future.

He's not "benching" Carvajal, but more like he's playing so that Carvajal can get some rest.

The strange thing here is that Danilo should've rotated with him against Espanyol, not against Villarreal, because that was the game that Danilo should've started.

Choosing an attacking formation with Danilo and Marcelo as fullbacks? That's asking for trouble.
