@RG Chris Stuckmann gave The Accountant an A-

Apparently it's not just all out action, and it has some very good drama and slow build up where you have to follow closely to get some of the plotlines.

37% scratch oh wow. Yea he also mentioned that it may not be a for everyone and that the multiple tones and multiple storylines may not blend as well as it should. But he said to him it was a minor flaw

First movie was very underrated.

I've read many of the Jack Reacher books and I was disappointed with the Tom Cruise casting (I love Tom Cruise btw) because he's nothing like the character is supposed to be, but Cruise is GOAT and the first film was great. No more qualms from me.

But I think the jinx stops here can't see the rest of them being shit except Assassins Creed.

Already after early viewings:

Arrival - 8.6/10 imdb, 100% RT
Manchester By the Sea - 8.5/10 imdb, 97% RT
Nocturnal Animals - 7.8/10 imdb, 79% RT

Went to see Magnificent 7 with a friend last Saturday. Was decent. Denzel and Pratt made it worth it.

Only ones I have faith in are Arrival, Nocturnal Animals and La La Land. 3 still ain't enough to save the year.
Not the biggest Mel Gibson fan.

There's this Boyhood-esque movie in Moonlight that has been getting great reviews at festivals.

Hunt for the wilderpeople
Beatles: Eight days a week
The Nice Guys
Deadpool
Civil War
Green Room
Magnificent Seven
Love & Friendship
Blood Father
Captain Fantastic
Sing Street
Batman v. Superman extended cut was good.
Star Trek Beyond
Everybody Wants Some
Alden Ehrenreich scenes in Hail, Caesar.
Zootopia
The Jungle Book
10 Cloverfield Lane

2016 hasn't been that bad. Only the huge blockbusters have disappointed really.

Deepwater Horizon should also be great, want to see that when I'm over this cold.
