If? It's Martin Scorsese ffs. Gonna be one of the most beautiful films ever probably. Not worth watching on a laptop or 40 inch screen the first time.

Kylo Ren, Spider-Man and Ra's Al Ghul undercover as priests in Japan sound amazing.

Trailer needs to drop soon though.. Need to see it.

All the YouTube reviewers and pundits I listen to like The Accountant. Doesn't make any sense.

I'll go watch it because I love everyone involved.

RG, Scorsese is a must 'go to cinema' director.

Nolan
Fincher
Scorsese

are the holy trinity

And then you choose whoever else in your top 5. For me it's Villeneueve, Affleck, and Tarantino where pretty much any movie they make I have to go see it in the cinema.

Just watched John Wick. No idea how I haven't heard about it till I saw the trailer for the sequel a few days ago.

One of the best action movies i've seen in a long time.

Great to see main man Keanu Reeves again.

Deceased at Theon's role and him speaking russian.

The Accountant 8/10 on Imdb after 1000 votes. The casual viewer strikes again  Trust them more than some pleb critic.

I'll go when my coughing stops. Can't go to the cinema sick, don't want to be one of those plebs coughing so much it interrupts.

It doesn't come out until next thursday though hmm

Gonna start re-watching all the Harry Potters now. Haven't watched them all since the last one in the cinema.

Can't wait to see what holds up.

Please don't go in with high expectations. Don't know if that hurt me, but I didn't really like it.

1-2 are super cheesy but that's understandable with their age.
3 makes a change in tone
4-8 are really really good.

I'll rate how cheesy the first 2 are on a scale from Commando to Flash tv show

Midnight Special
What a genre piece.

Acting phenomenal from the very stellar cast, no really surprised. The tone though was so important in this type of film and for the overall story. It was the make or break, and luckily it was on point throughout.

Jeff Nichols is on a roll ladies and gentlemen. He should be mentioned in the same breath as Villeneuve and Derek Cianfrance. Can't wait for Loving.

It's either a 4 or 4.5 out of 5. I'll sleep on it.

Some friends and I just did a Harry Potter movie weekend a few months back. Was a lot of fun. The first 2 are basically unwatchable now. Azkaban onward still holds up though.

I just found out also that apparently Fantastic Beasts is the first of 5 movies apparently......talk about milking the shit out of a franchise. As much as I want to learn more about magic on this side of the pond, this just reeks of unnecessary. They might as well time jump and make the last one a prequel to the main series.

Don't think the first one is unwatchable tbh. Some shut acting from radcliffe and base CGI are the main problems.

It's not so much the acting....it's just the Chris Columbus-touch to it. I preferred the much darker sequels.
