When They See Us is a fantastic miniseries. Be warned, it is very infuriating and heartbreaking to watch and you will hate certain characters that will never get comeuppance. Good to see this show raised awareness on that bitch attorney and how corrupt the US justice system and NYPD are.

The acting is really good, very impressed by the young actors.

Nicolas Winding Refn's new show Too Old To Die Young is out on Prime now.

Watched the 90 minute pilot. Sure is some NWR shit. He's such a fucking weird dude.

Billy Baldwin already my fave for next year's Emmys based on this episode. He's bonkers Laughing

Second episode is so fucking meandering though. Can't wait to watch the rest, assuming it's more like the first.

Also thought the young actress looked familiar. It's Myrcella. Absolutely weird stuff all around. Hope NWR goes off the rails in the coming episodes

Watched episode 3. Getting much better. Watched it on a cinema screen at work, and really was good to see.

Can't wait for episode 4. There's something endlessly fascinating about him as a filmmaker that is much needed. Often times people complain about nothing being original. This is so wholly original and could only have been made by this one dude.

Still don't know how much I like it though.

I could have told you. Stopped watching the crap this overhyped narcissist comes out with after 15 minutes of his super-obnoxious Thai-based borefest.
The guy should stick to making commercials. His kind of aesthetic approach makes sense for 30 second long clips with the intention of bringing attention to a product, not anything beyond that which a viewer might watch for actual entertainment value or artistic pleasure.

It's a rather tragic case of hubris, tragic for the audience, that this guy believes he's David Lynch. He couldn't be further away.
