They beat Real Madrid, Barca (and Valencia, Las Palmas, etc). Cant wait for the cocky United fans to say 'they are only 10th in la liga'. La Liga is a different beast then the box to box headless chicken running in EPL. They will give you a very hard time. They love a open game and take all risks necessarily.
Aspas Guidetti They will make us proud.

You had the biggest problems beating Rostov, Luhansk and Anderlecht - and somehow you still have the idiocy to believe you are destined for the final. You must be in psychotic state of mind. Sit down. La Liga will show you how its done.

Re: EL SF : Celta Vigo Vs Manchester United
Because I actually watched those games. Rostov and Anderlecht literally didn't see our box for a combined 120 minutes, they just parked and played for penalties. We beat any team over two legs comfortably, as we should on paper since we have a much better team, manager and pedigree.
If Celta are as open and attacking as you claim we will ruin them. We have only struggled this season with teams that park and counter. Forgive me for not being worried about a PL reject like John Guidetti.

Re: EL SF : Celta Vigo Vs Manchester United
only issue is we have a depleted squad and this is our schedule
30.4 Swansea (H)
4.5 Celta (A)
7.5 Arsenal (A)
11.5 Celta (H)
14.5 Spurs (A)
hope Mourinho prioritizes EL over the league because I'm sure Celta will be since they are in a nothing race in theirs

Easy draw. Ajax and Lyon were the teams to beat, it's basically free entrance now for the final.

The issue with Celta is that they are the kind of side that becomes, as Firenze loves to say, superhuman. In all honesty, this is an easy game, easy life match for Utd, total favourites but if Celta start playing like a late 90s Valencia, you've been forewarned.

our route has definitely been easy in comparison, last season was unreal in general, mad depth, this one is far weaker, no doubt. Your route to the final last year was CL level. Shame nobody remembers cup final losers besides the fans of the losers.

Wanna take this time out to send my condolences to the Mancs regarding Ibra and Rojo. Rojo is an A grade scumbag but suffering an ACL is pretty bad and 2 in one match is pretty horrible as fan. Hope they recover soon.

Disagree, they are just names. None of them have superhuman players like Rostov, Celta and Anderlecht tbh.
I feel sorry for Yanited fans having to deal with such a tough path.

Rojo injury is tougher. Ibra as good he has been this season, missed tons of clear cut chances and restricts our overall play also limiting players like Pogba.
Rashford in no way or form can match Zlatan's goal scoring ability but I think his style gives Mourinho a much better tactical flexibility. Chelsea game was the best I have seen us play since ages actually.
Rojo on the other hand has been colossal despite his thug antics. He will be a huge miss considering the replacement is Blind. Hope we pair Darmian with Bailly. The Italian would be able to do a much better job in a defensive role. And no way Mou is going to give Tuanzebe and TFM chances at this crucial stage of the season. He would rather stick his boy Fellaini in to play CB than give those youngs kids some much needed opportunity.

Re: EL SF : Celta Vigo Vs Manchester United
Our best CB is now out injured at a time when our other 3 CB's are all out injured too, so now Celta are 100% progressing. We are forced to play Blind - Carrick at CB, who aren't even CB's.
Aspas will ruin us. Mad unfortunate.

Celta's form coming into the game
also have a negative GD in La Liga, the nerve of these La Liga fans to act like they're not already out (setting myself up for a massive jinx here but come at me)
can't wait for a Lingard masterclass

If Mounited manage a draw here which they are known for recently, i can see them going to finals effortlessly.

I would usually post my patented " league form means *bleep* all when it comes to European ties" mantra.

Re: EL SF : Celta Vigo Vs Manchester United
apparently Bailly is fit so I'm confident again, only reason not to be was that we were looking at 0 natural CB's playing.
I'd take a draw with an away goal tonight no questions asked.
