VAR will end Refdrid, but I think they will study first how they can make some loopholes into it, which they can then control.

Not talking about this particular incident, but iirc in Spain its pretty much as long as the ball hits the hand no matter what its a penalty? Always thought thats really stupid though of course, maybe they've improved it or let the ref judge it by incident.
