This was from 2016, someone made a parody account by the name Massimo Di Culo, claiming to be a trusted Sky Sport source and some United fans fell for it/red cafe etc.

if Juve sell Dybala, I'd like to see them sign Fekir. I'd love to sign him (never gonna happen). Can play anywhere in the front 4 competently IMO. Think he would make Serie A his bitch.

It’s reported that FIFA are considering reforming the loan system, or even scrapping it altogether.

The executive committee will debate new measures in October, after meetings between FIFPro [the players’ union], the European Club Association, the World League Forum and former stars such as Cafu, Zvonimir Boban, Edwin van der Sar and Marco van Basten.

According to France Football, one of the measures being considered is the reformation or even scrapping of the loan system.

The idea behind loans is to allow young players to develop with lower-level clubs, but world football’s governing body believes the system is now being exploited.

Big clubs are signing up large numbers of young players, only to loan them out and then sell them for a profit, often without them ever playing for the first team.

France Football points out that Juventus have loaned out 41 players this season, Udinese 27, Chelsea 22 and Manchester City 18.

As a result FIFA is considering bringing in new restrictions on loans, or even scrapping them altogether.

Agreed. I don't think it should be scrapped altogether but heavily limited. Max of like 5 players out on loan or something.

Juventus had 41 players out on loan? wtf, that's utterly kariminal. There are teams in Serie A that don't even have 41 players signed to the club period. Justice for minnows.

I don't rate him as a superstar, but that's harsh, not sure if United/Pool banter or you really believe that. I think he will have a better career than Welbz, Sturridge etc. He needs to move though, would be perfect for Leicester or someone. He has the potential to a very good player like Vardy but won't blossom here.

I've been bitching about the loan system for years, it's ridiculous unfair to the competition of the sport that teams will just farm 20+ players and just loan them out and then they not even allowed to play against their parent club nonsense.

It should not be allowed.
