Argentine midfielder from Boca who had big hype going to Roma. His profile made him an interesting player. Given that he was only 20-22 he had a hard time finding space. Left Roma to Zenit when Spalletti left as he figured it'd get harder.

Has potential, needs playing time.

Either way, if he has a good WC, the top teams will come back for him. He can play as a regista or a wide 6 (like Kroos).

Can also confirm that playing in Russia has enhanced his mentality.

Paredes found De Rossi, Nainggolan, Pjanic and Strootman in front of him so it was always going to be hard. That said, he still didn't deliver much to do with his hype. A Kovacic/Inter trajectory but with less playing time.

Juventus will reportedly sell a key player in the summer, with Alex Sandro, Paulo Dybala and Miralem Pjanic all said to be attracting interest from some of European football's biggest clubs.

According to Fabrizio Romano of Calciomercato, the Bianconeri will once again move on a crucial member of the XI having let the likes of Paul Pogba, Arturo Vidal and Leonardo Bonucci depart in recent seasons.

Not sure there would be much interest in Pjanic from big clubs tbh, but I do see the other two moving 99.9%
