I think Ingram, Kuzma and Lopez are enough of scoring options right now. I don't see why Kemba would be needed really. We need off-ball shooters if anything. Kemba isn't that.
And trading a player like Lonzo isn't ideal.

Regarding Kawhi:
Apparently Spurs want Ingram, Kuzma, Hart 2 1st rounders and 2 1st round pick swaps
That would be the single worst trade in history imo.

They're incredible.
Doesn't write them himself either. Bill Simmons has said something about how Magic has a guy to tweet it out and just gives them notes.
The tweets are dangerously bland though, it's great

Kawhi could be “more receptive" to being traded to Clippers since LeBron joined Lakers, per @ShamsCharania https://t.co/p5p16p7pSY pic.twitter.com/a6q2MZQbuV

Speaking of Kawhi, bit confused by it all tbh unless the entire league of superstars don't want to play with him after Kyrie which i doubt.

Necessary come playoff time to have a second scorer capable of hitting 25-30 points on any given night, don't you think?
Still can't believe we have Lance, JaVale and LeBron on the same team lmao

Mr Nick09 wrote:i am concerned we dont have a go to scoring option. The cavs suffered a lot from that last year and against the dubs you need scoring. you go to guys who can get buckets at will. we dont have that.
You just have to punt this year in any case if Spurs won't lower their Kawhi demands. Ingram can be a go to scorer. Lopez has shown he can too. Kuzma was almost unguardable at times. So we have to hope they've improved and LeBron's gravity on the court makes them better.
I don't see why Ingram with Kemba's usage % couldn't put up the same scoring. Ingram scored 20ppg as main ball handler this season on 48/40%
There's no need to go all in on a player like Kemba who's not even top 25. He's not getting you anything.
We might as well trade for Lowry.

We aren't winning this year, so I don't see why we should throw our best young talent away on a 28 year old point guard who really isn't that efficient and has never won a series in the playoffs. A 22ppg PG on a shit team isn't something you want to give assets to get.

When he was a PG he averaged 20/5/5. Think it was a 20 game sample or something.
He wasn't featured as much when everyone was healthy.
I want a Spurs model from their great 2013 season when they didn't really have a huge usage go-to-scorer but had a team that played team basket and could score in different ways.

Oh sure. We need the second superstar to compete. But it has been rumoured and suggested so many times to go after a player like Kemba. I don't want that.
Ingram for Kawhi would be ideal, as they're the same type of player. Ingram is basically Kawhi with much lesser defense.
Just don't want a low tier all star from the Eastern conference. That's not gonna win you a ring.

Well, yeah. Everything in a 20 year old's career is small sample. But he look great in the role compared to other roles.
I think LeBron will go more off ball than earlier though. Since I think he wants to adapt his game to his age. Can't fly around the court and have crazy usage anymore. Ingram could help with that.

Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns are progressing toward finalizing a 5-year, $158M maximum contract extension as soon as the weekend, league sources tell ESPN. Suns presented the offer to Booker in Los Angeles today.

Lost in all of this is Anthony Davis’ role in free agency.
— Andrew Doak (@AndrewDoak_WWL) July 3, 2018
Source w/ team said if AD wanted Cousins back, GM Demps would have listened.
Davis liked the style the Pels started to play without Cousins, and he also liked the environment in the locker room more with Boogie absent.

A lot of talk of people saying how this impacted Anthony Davis, as if it would happen behind his back lmao.
I wanted Boogie to stay but mainly because I thought we'd get just a big body to take bumps for AD. We needed someone better than that, as the team is constructed we can't get away with having a big which can't help us offensively.
Randle is much better than I expected we have if Cousins left so I'm less annoyed by it than I would have been.
