I've always thought the games with the same time as Premier League have been Ligas way of hiding referee bias, or have them to be more biased towards Barca in these games. So I went to check red card odds, and Barca actually has lower red card return compared to Sociedad, the team that is 3 to 1 favorite to win is more likely to get a red card. I mean even they acknowledge this.

Big match at Anoeta. Barcelona often struggle here.

Not really though. The ball was deflected before getting to him and it was very wide. He could only get a hand to it at best, which he did.

Barca's midfield is terrible. LaReal are running rings around them. FDJ is like a generic CM. You can find CMs like him at teams like LaReal

The problem today wasn't the midfield but Messi. Nowhere to be seen, literally he was abysmal

Messi was the problem you had 47% possession ffs. That wouldn't matter if you were a counterattacking team but LaReal was the Barca in this game. I really like them. Hope they don't lose too many players in the summer

So what? Messi is good on the counter. Suarez and Griezmann were good, Messi didnt make 1 good pass the entire game.

Yup, we've got to beat Valencia tomorrow and without Hazard it has become alot harder. Still I am more confident of this Zidane lead team than I ever was last season. Last time we beat them away Zidane was the coach.

Your slow team could never cope with a back and forth game. Hence why you prefer to keep possession. Messi only had an assist with a perfect cross nothing major. Meanwhile Suarez and Griezmann were......never mind

Not to mention LaReal were pinging passes between eachother in midfield and not onw of your midfielders ever got close to them

You blaming Messi woupd be like us blaming Ronaldo when our midfield was torn to pieces. Look at how many goals you have conceded compared to last season. You should never have to score 3+ goals just to win a game

Our aging squad is just naturally becoming more and more evident and inevitable. Top players still like dont have the legs anymore. Our 4-3-3 makes the midfield even more exposed even with Grizemann helping more so than say Dembele. Busquets is asked to cover too much ground, and with Rakitic we all know its been problem for like a year now. Even with De Jong whom I very happy with its just gonna get beat by any decent team.

Basically we are just doing this every game and hoping that the opposition is not that great and our front three scores enough goals to win. Oh and Ter Stegen in top form which he wasnt in this game

Deserved or not the win, the ref robbed us the win lol!

Its Real title this season, they got the refs, the squad with loads of young players and Zidane who is able to make them win.

I missed the match due to a birthday party. Ødegaard told TV2 that he was disappointed by his own end product and «the smaller details». Did he miss a sitter or something?

You moan about a shirt pull in the box. Our players suffer that so much we don't even complain anymore

I wish we had the refs on our side but the reality is they have been so unfair to us our club has made an official complaint aka asked for VAR and ref decision clarification. We never do that but we've become obliged to do it since it has happened so frequently

the sense of entitlement among Barca players and fans is just outrageous

Nope, he was really good. Kept possession really well and moved between the lines. However, some of his throughballs and lob passes were poor, especially since there was so much space behind their defence. He also sometimes held the ball too long. But this game was alot better than the game against us.

Ah. Thanks for the summary. Yeah, his game against us was pretty poor, but he had just returned from an injury that was made worse by him inexplicably playing a full match with the ankle injury against Celta Vigo.
