Winter and Luca i don't know if you are Blue Jays fans. I follow baseball since very young, this tragedy reminds me of Doc Halladay's death, in similar but not identical circumstances.

Although Kobe's death (can't believe i write these words) is a global thing. When a giant personality dies the life seems more fragile than ever. I bet millions of people had a shit day yesterday. So i wish everyone who reads this post will take care of themselves in 2020, be heathy both physically and mentally, and if a situation seems dangerous, please avoid it.

I was really surprised by the hateful tweets and comments that some people had the nerve and indecency to write for the whole world to see about a man whose corpse is not even cold yet and who, btw, wasn't convicted of the alleged crime.

You would have to be a special kind of hateful and stupid to write this without even taking a second to think beforehand about what would his family and friends feel like reading it while grieving him and his little daughter:

The worst part of it it's not just about Kobe, his 13 year old daughter died as well as other people from other families who are no doubt grieving too.

You'd like to think these people would stop being utter cunts for 5 minutes and leave these egos at the door.

I try to ignore these people when possible as all they want is attention the sad fucks.

still feels so unreal.. everytime i think the thought 'Kobe Bryant is dead' it's just a struggle in my mind to compute it.

Watching YouTube videos of close NBA friends and players talking and crying about him and memories they shared doesn't even help the grieving process, just makes it worse. Think i'll stop watching them.

I've stopped, the last time i watched one they talked about his relationship with Gianna and how being a father was the most important thing he's ever done.

I broke down in tears thinking about it, i can't deal with any of it emotionally. I might listen to some podcasts etc down the line but atm i can't emotionally deal with it.

when Spencer Dinwiddie talked about how Kobe told him he is an all-star in Kobe's eyes and how that meant the world to him, and he didn't have to prove anything to anyone anymore after that.. he cried while saying it and you could see how he meant what he said... that one broke me.

There's something about this " win a championship for Kobe" that really irks me.

Media pushing it as a storyline is just overall very sickening. Also from a lesser point, putting that pressure on players is extremely unfair.
