this is players value only not other things such as stadium....if stadium were involved we would be much higher our stadium alone is worth 400mil

I am aware it is players, but the stadium is owned by Juventus 100% so no doubt that gives it value. Juventus are not worth more than AC Milan player to play.

Buffon would be worth more than Abbiati.
Chiellini = Thiago Silva.
Ibrahimovic worth more than Quagliarella and Matri.
Robinho as well.
And so on and so forth.

Matri is not gonna be "more valued" just coz Juve has better stadium.

Yes, its solely based on players worth, it has nothing to do with the club....

Check for urself, most if not all prices i saw are correct.

Reason Tot is in front of Milan and Juve is coz they have younger team, and younger players have higher value, e.g. Milan has low value coz players like Nesta, MVB, Gatusso, Seddorf are all combined worth cca. 10m even though they are still good players but coz they are +33 they have little to no value on the market.
