Klose vs Drogba

Who do you rate higher and when they both retire, who'd go down as a bigger legend ?

I rate Klose more than Drogba.also Drogba is a bit of a twat and i dont like him personally(This is not clouding my judgement though)

Without a doubt Klose would go down as the bigger legend.I dont know if i can consider Drogba as a legend ,maybe he can be considered a Chelsea legend.I dont know its subjective i guess.

Drogba for many reasons. And I'm willing to debate this if anyone brings up why.

Klose will most likely finish the bigger legend but I would pick a prime Drogba over a prime Klose.

I don't know. They're too different. Drogba's a *bleep* on the field, but off it he's awesome. He has a great charity foundation.

What I do know... is that they would have made a legendary striker combination.

And no, it's not because of any Bundesliga-related reasons, before anyone starts with that whole inferiority complex issue again.

Klose . A rare complete striker imo.Droga when in full flow was probably the most intimidating striker i can remember though.

As for bigger legend its not even a question.When Klose retires he will in all probability be the highest goal scorer in world cup history by most.What exactly will Drogba be remembered for apart from by Chelsea fans?

Drogs wins hands down. Klose may be remembered over the years more than him but Drogs was better in his peak years

Drogba will be remembered better for his work off the field and for what he has done at Chelsea, Klose will be remembered as a work cup legend but I feel Drogba will be remembered more.

Sad because Klose has done more in his career.

I somehow tend to disagree with this.

Klose will be regarded as a legend worldwide due to his World Cup exploits as you would expect with a tournament of that stature which attracts large audience and Klose having excelled over there would definitely hold more weight.

Maybe if Drogba had a CL to his name the perception would have changed and for me(dont take this personally its just an opinion) he only can be regarded as a Chelsea legend.lets be honest he only ever came into the reckoning from his Chelsea Career as Ligue 1 is not popular worldwide as the other leagues.

So there is no doubt in my mind that Klose will retire as a bigger legend more so if he manages to equal or surpass Ronaldo's record.

Let's wait how Kloses last 2 or 3 club seasons look. ATM he's having one of his finest seasons with Lazio. Mofo is a f*cking legend.

But Klose never looked as intimidating as Drogba, and playing for a huge club like Chelsea probably won't hurt either.

I prefer Klose because of his sheer balls and fair play spirit though.

Drogba is a beast.

Klose, the international stage is much more important to me. But there's no doubt Drogba is at least a Chelsea legend and a better overall player.

Internationally: Klose
Club level: Drogba

I dunno, let's not write off how damn good Klose was a at Bremen and when it comes down to it, the international stage is way more important than the club level.

well if Drogba had as good a nationalteam as Klose has in Germany. he would win in internationl topic as well, easily.

I don't really like this comparison, due to the players being way too different from one another. Klose should be compared to the likes of Inzaghi, Van Nistelrooy etc. while Drogba is more of a technical player, fair comparison would be eto'o/adriano-esque players (powerful, technically gifted players)

Obviously Cote d'Ivore is nowhere near German football but if it were there wouldn't be a comparison because how much better Drogba is IMO.
