Cannavro for sure... just kuz italy won the world cup doesnt mean someone from italy HAD to win the ballon d'or... Zidane fully deserved it in 2006.

and not to mention if that were the rule... Xavi should have won it in 2010.

Cannavaro was deserving of it, though admittedly I think Buffon was even moreso. Not Zizou though.

Figo and Owen were undeserving. And Messi in 2010 was deserving, but Sneijder moreso, or even Robben.

And it was way backin the 90s, but while Stoichkov was deserving, Baggio was moreso.
