Re: Sell C.Ronaldo thread!
I really dont know what mou is thinking. I mean Di Maria plays where Sanchez plays and vice versa, Neymar plays where Ronaldo plays and vice versa.

which rumors dude?adnyana179 wrote:The rumours of us providing a player in a deal for Sanchez just got more interesting.
@EP, nothing is indicating that Aguero's deal has failed and they moved on yet. but seriously, is selling benzema so importnt that we have to go out of our way to have back up plans?

I posted it in the transfer thread, but here it is again.
I may have misled you with my wording in the earlier post (there is no deal yet, but we are prepared to pay and provide to make one happen).

Nick, sportscry , does Marca still follow our threads here? If so, then maybe someone read my 'Sell CR7 thread again'
I'm loving it......
Sell him, Neymar+Aguero in, one of the Higgy/Benz gone in winter transfer window. All problems in attack solved, no primadonas anymore

Kun* and Neymar aren't primadonas. If they're asked to track back by Mou or pass, they'd do it. I've never seen a talented Brazilian or German who didn't pass to their teammates in good positionshalamadrid2 wrote:lol neymar and aguero are the definitions of primadonnas/dramaqueens

Kun is not a primadonna, Neymar might be one.
Kun is a very tough and hard working kid, not his style to act like ronaldo on the pitch, no need to tell him he has to track back either.

Re: Sell C.Ronaldo thread!
I gave up smashing my head against a brick wall. Why won't this thread die now? Cristiano Ronaldo is the greatest player to have ever played. He is so skilled that it could be just him and ten Sunday league players on the pitch and we would still win. He passes to his teammates and is the complete professional. Modest and humble, that is his mantra. He will be forever loved and cherished as the greatest player to ever wear the number 7 shirt for los Blancos.

I'm still on it. It's safer to replace CR7 than to wait and hope that he'll change his attitude next yearmtfootball wrote:Where did this thread end up?

Lets say Benzema replaces Ronaldo for example, would he be able to offer as much?

Re: Sell C.Ronaldo thread!
I don't trust Benz that much. We'd need two people for safety purposes. If CR7 is sold, we need both Kunt and Benz.It would be more than enough, if one fails the other will compensatemtfootball wrote:Lets say Benzema replaces Ronaldo for example, would he be able to offer as much?

Re: Sell C.Ronaldo thread!
Not individually, you are asking the collective unit to be a lot more balanced and organized tho.
When your team is changing as much as ours, a brute player like Ronaldo is good and productive because he can score goals on his own. But when it comes down to building up something organic and cohesive, individuals such as ronaldo makes things a lot more difficult at times. Im sure Mourinho would want to play him as CF because he offers little defensively, but he wants to stick to the wing. And he makes our game so much about him that people think he is irreplaceable.
If ronaldo leaves, all we have to do is pass the football more often and play in quicker touches, problem solved. DOnt think in terms of replacing him position per position or role per role, that will never work.
Man utd proved there is life after ronaldo, with an even crappier team

I dont beleive that. Man U lost the league last year because ronaldo wasnt there, this year they won it because chelsea was utter crap. United were impotent offensively.

Re: Sell C.Ronaldo thread!
The most important part, we 'll become unpredictable. In theory any of the front 4 should be able to score a lot, in practice , most of the goals are on CR7's account. The reason isn't that the others are bad, they just don't get the chanceSt_Nick09_of_Goal wrote:Not individually, you are asking the collective unit to be a lot more balanced and organized tho.

well yeah, they dont have the array of talent we have. we will fair much better. there is always a transition period when you lose such a polarizing player in your team, but i honestly think we could do without.
