last time i checked Coutinho and Alvarez were young players but it seems like they are too well known for us

As for the contract our only decent midfielder Motta:

“We are not working on contracts during the season, and it is not fair to do it now. We will discuss with the coach at the end of the season"

Or in other words, start packing your bags son, we only want washed up players

i understand we need to cut down wages and not invest big money to balance the books but while doing that we ll end up not getting a cl spot for next year and that means we lose a lot of our income.
now that's fuked up !!
i think Moratti has to spend some money this coming mercatto if we gonna have any chance of finishing 3rd in the table at the end of the season.

we're 13 point behind the 3rd place and we have the likes of Napoli, Udinese and Lazio to competing with us and they all have superior squads. By the looks of it we're not planning to invest big in january so id take a mid table position and play next season with no european distraction

we're signing 2 backup/bench players (atm) to solve our problem of having a first team made up of too many backup/bench players

we won half of kucka so its not exactly a signing where we spend money

Kucka was also followed by Milan and to a lesser extent Juve, to me he looked a decent player too.

The problem is because his transfer is already sorted (but he will arrive in January right?) Genoa have decided not to play him that much so far this season...Unless he's injured?

Zizzle: The reason why the club haven't started with contract negotiations is cus we are about to renew the team. Get rid of some senior players and get in more X11 youngsters. Motta's contact runs out in 2013 so there is still time for him. While Chivus ends in the summer. :dance:
