Can i ask what is so hard about distinguishing between rating who has more talent, and who is more established?

people are really cautious of talking about a players potential before they have taken football by storm, in this case the potential is very obvious though

It's the same as comparing Benik Afobe with Marcos Reus.

Extreme potential vs established talent. Does not work.
