I want him to coach Arsenal. He'll get a setup for a team he likes to build then let's see whether he succeeds. He just needs to prove himself with another team abroad.

i actually think Pep will be back in Barca after next season/when he comes back

It makes sense as well that they havent gotten themselves a big coach and instead gets their assisstant to coach them till Pep has decided to come back

I might sound a bit ignorant here, but What if Tito misses games like he did this season, who will take care of Barca then??

It may not be here but yes, quite a few Barcelona fans were very worried about such a day coming and now that it actually came, it is no worries. At least I can give credit that no one is really panicking...
