Torres ready to score..
http://www.givemefootball.com/premier-league/just-watch-nando-go-next-season
Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has vowed to find the net with more regularity next season as the Blues look to reclaim their Barclays Premier League crown from Manchester United.
The Spanish international scored just once for his new club following his £50 million move from Liverpool in the January transfer window. But with the new season on the horizon, Torres claims next season will be a different story.
"For me, the past season was the worst since I arrived in England," Torres said. "The injury I sustained at the end the World Cup damaged my performance and made things more complicated than at any time in my career.
"Twelve goals in all in a season is nothing for me. Never during the season did I play to 100 per cent, neither for Liverpool or Chelsea, so I prefer to forget what happened - but I am not sorry I signed for Chelsea. I am convinced that when the Chelsea machine is at its full rhythm we will be very difficult to beat."
His move to Stamford Bridge provided manager Carlo Ancelotti with a selection dilemma, as himself and Didier Drogba failed to link up successfully last season.
However, Torres believes that the two players can work well together next season. "I do not have problems with Drogba," he said. "Sincerely, I am very connected with Didier. He is a sensational footballer and our possible rivalry is positive for Chelsea.
"I see many goals coming and that will give us significant success. Manchester United are the champions but I insist that we are the main candidates to take their title."

Re: Torres ready to score..
For me an idea season would be:
Sign Lukaku, De Bruyne (loanback to Genk) and Modric
Win the EPL, Semi's of CL.
Torres with Golden Boot.
Modric with EPL player of the season.
Sturridge with 10+ goals.
Lukaku with 5 goals in EPL and 5 in other competitions.
McEachran with 10 starts in all competitions. 10 or more sub appearences.
Mikel with a decent season cementing his place in the team.
Further improvement from Luiz and Ramires.

Re: Torres ready to score..
Yeah, that's true. ;D
Just rather Torres feels as bad as most LFC fans did when he left.

Re: Torres ready to score..
I honestly think that he felt bad. You watched the pool game against Chelsea just after his transfer right? He was afraid to challenge anyone. He will get over that feeling over time obviously, but he still has respect for Liverpool.
Re: Torres ready to score..
He better score goals, because if Falcao arrives Torres Chelsea carrer will be a short one.

I think if Torres fails Roman won't choose strikers anymore. Too expensive.
