Malaga have skipped three payments of Mathijsen's transfer fee so far. They skipped the first one in July (€ 750.000) and the two following ones a few months later (€ 500.000 each). Hierro is apparently not very cooperative, so HSV have reported Malaga to FIFA. A ban from all European competitions next season is very possible according to the reports in the German newspapers.
