Marko Marin believes Chelsea's "better players" can expose Bayern's "weak defense". The Germany midfielder, who will move from Werder Bremen in the summer, says Bayern are vulnerable at the back. Asked if Bayern's defence was weak he told BBC Sport: "Yes. I watched the German cup final [5-2 loss to Borussia Dortmund]. They made big errors. "Chelsea have better players and will do well if they play offensively."

You might need a German proxy, but it should be worth it. There are legends on the pitch like Cafu, Van der Sar, Zico, Eto'o, McManaman, Viera etc. And the Bayern all stars have guys like Breitner, Maakay, Babbel, Elber etc. Ref is Pierluigi Collina.

In all the big games this season in European football the reactive team has beaten the proactive one.

Madrid beat Barca for the league because of their fast transition, Atleti beat Bilbao the same way, BVB won in a similar way against Bayern.

In terms of successful styles Chelsea have the edge but we still have to wait and see what happens.

Can't wait till the game starts , we will be in for a memorable night .

Also , i am eager to see what Kroos will do in the final , given he plays of course. Let's see if all the hype was worth it so far , watching him play in the biggest match of his career to date.

A mention to Drogba & Lampard as well , this will be the highlight of their careers in Chelsea , regardless who wins tonight.

And even though i am not in favour of either team winning it. I predict Bayern will win it in the end , because that's what Zee Germans do in the end :coffee:

Well, Bayern will start with Ribéry, Robben and Gomez and Chelsea's defense is just as depleated as Bayern's. I think we might see a battle of the goal-keepers here. ^^

Chelsea are going to bunker down and look to play a quick out ball to the flanks.

The players on the flanks need to be able to carry the ball forward quickly (like Ramires) Torres can't do that. If you are going to play Torres then you have to bench Drogba imo and that should not happen.

Chelsea should just go for Kalouda on the flanks and hope that they deliver.
