I mean even those that haven't played. The entire squad. Do they all get a medal or there's only a number of medals available? scratch

There should be a minimum amount of games played to get a medal or something, like in the Premier League...

I believe it is all players named for the competition, even if they don't play.

5.04 Thirty gold medals are presented to the winning club, and 30 silver medals to the runner-up. Additional medals may not be produced.

I guess the club gets to decide who the medals go to?

I think its a 25 man squad so that's the entire squad plus coaching staff?

I am sure the 25 players that are named to UEFA by the clubs get one. Then maybe the manager and some sub managers.

There's a 25 man limit for UEFA competitions - so that's 25 for the players and 5 for coaching staff etc.

No, there're two squad lists, list A and list B.
List A, you chuck twenty-five people who are over 21, and list B you can chuck as many under-21s as you like, as long as they've been with the club for two years.

We don't have a llist B.

edit: We actually do, but none of them have played.
