Did anyone else notice?

There are a lot of city fans popping out of nowhere. This forum included but not the reason I started the thread. Around where I live there have been people wearing city shirts (mostly balotelli and aguero). The bandwagon is growing (might be all the barca fans jumping ship).

This might not be the right section and it is not a troll attempt but something I noticed and wanted to share.

Until a couple of years ago I geniunely never met a city fan or seen anybody wearing a city top. I now know about 4 and have seen many more in city tops when I book a pitch and see other people wearing them.

Glory hunting is a popular thing i'm afraid.

Although, it is possible a few of them are loyal fans who now have something to actually talk about in terms of success.

same reason there are a lot of united fans from 90s+ madrid fans late 90s+ barca fans 06+ etc.

Anyway why do you care if there are City fans now lol......City's in a good position to be honest , it's easier to like City seeing as United are their biggest rivals.

I noticed that some of the ronaldo fan boys have started cheering for city,but claiming that they only support them in the PL. I also expect many Barcelona fans to become "citizens" once they start to decline.

honestly who gives a crap.... if you dont live in the city, then you too were once those people....
i became a Real fan 1998, do you know why? they were playing in the UCL final and I liked them, I was 6 back then...
so enjoy bashing them, but remember you were once just like them

I started supporting Milan in 2008,the year we got kicked out of the cl by arsenal and didn't make it to the top 4. Also,the difference between us guys and them is that we support our team through the thick and thin,unlike these guys who support the winner.

I started supporting Newcastle because i liked the name and the badge and before i even knew how good/bad they were and i was 4 years old.....

..... INB4 someone mentions the Barca following..... when i started following them they was'nt even in the Uefa Cup Laughing
