van persie at time single handle won games for u guys. money shouldnt even be a stumbling block to his contract. its pretty evident that every year he has been saying and he is desiring a competitive squad, and board has failed to make it happen. i mean guys are duped really bad with season ticket price being hiked. board wasnt that much concerned every year they lost main players, instead they are pretty proud themselves to announce profit in website. thats not cool.

on worse case scenario, if van persie doesnt sign contract, i think its worth keeping him to play his last remaining contract, but under the condition that arsenal make the team massively competitive enough to challenge on all fronts, so then van persie is convinced he can sign contract anytime with relief knowing squad has been made competitive.

believe me selling him now is the worst thing ever for arsenal, i think that would be so bad that u guys wont be able to persuade superstars in the club.

in worse case scenario, keeping him in his final contract is better than selling him, and by this summer wenger and board should be responsible to make the team competitive.

good luck guys... u guys are atleast still keeping hold of him in his final contract, we have thiago silva signed up until 2016 and barca are behaving like blood sucking ticks ... really hypocrite of them when they accuse real madrid of stealing stars, and they themselves disturb us. ..... :vagi:

wenger can ask agents to find suitor because they are not in plans, malaga PSG are in CL, or finding rich owners like anzhi can help.
but sincerely that sucks to be in situation like that if player refuses to leave and club cant find suitor simply because they cant afford player wage demands....

player wages isn't the only... a player like Bendtner has a big ego and wants to play EL/CL and keep his wage....

a team like Sao Paulo aren't willing to keep denilson because of his wage...getting other to sign them will be harder

the only one i am certain will leave is Vela, because he has been great in La Liga and has many suitors
