Rumored to be the new Mac Book Pro. Retina display, longer battery life, and thinner than the current Mac Book Air

Something tells me there won't be any DVD or Blu Ray Drive on this one. Apple seem intent on enforcing cloud storage

Seems they realized that hard content like CD,DVDs, etc are becoming obsolete.

Digital downloads are now out there for everything. So it makes sense to ditch the optical drive, shed a few pounds, and improve other aspects like the display and integrating more SSD into their machines.

Although based off of the rumors it seems to me that all it really is a 15 inch Macbook Air.

2.2 grand + taxes for the new mac pro.... no thanks


the new asus Zenbook Prime has IPS display, which may not be as good as Retina but it's really good.. and it's only $1300

Now I get what they mean about Macs mean over priced... I could get a PC for $1200-300 that can shit all over Macs in terms of specs

The touchpad on a Mac completely changed my view on touchpads in general I hated them well still do.

But a macs touchpad is amazing same goes for the magic mouse and trackpad for the imacs
