Average?

He has been great cover in a defence that has, and is, better than madrids

Hes played very well in the big games hes played, he was starting RB during our record breaking defensive run in 09 when he had the defensive might of CR7 in front of him.

Hes versatile, experienced, cheap and wont complain when on the bench.
they cant all be as great as Pedro Leon or Arbeloa so O Shea will have to do

same with arbeloa,only difference is that arbeloa is a better overall player.Specially at going forward
