RVP & Messi were both crocks once upon a time. Have faith.
Cassano was the best striker at the Euros & just returned from a life threatening condition ffs. How's he past it?
Besides they still have El Shawarma who looks like a gem.
Pato being injury free is a pipe dream let alone him performing.
El shawarma is your typical 19 year old kid,we have some of them in our academy. He isnt gona make a difference in any games.Has long way to go.
Cassano is good but he gets burned out easily. May be good enough for Serie A idk. They are going for Hamsik and a CB.They will still finish 2nd easily but Juve has no competition for title race,
Re: AC Milan accept Paris Saint-Germain's €65m bid for Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva
The strangest thing about all this is why in the world would Milan give Silva a big raise and extension in the past week if they can't afford it?
Makes you think that they were going to sell all along... either that or old man Berlusconi is losing some screws quickly.

Berlusconi's financial situation got worse over a week.
He is reduced to a Pedro style inside forward. You have to be a hardcore believer to imoRealGunner wrote:Not sold on El Shawarma just yet, but i believe in Pato as well.

I don't think losing Silva is as big a deal as it's made out to be...yes he is a fantastic Centre Back the best in the world and what not, but the way Allegri sets up, centre backs get alot of protection.
So once they sign 2 decent centre backs they will be fine. (Nesta and Silva).
Ibra on the other hand , literally was their attack, sooooooooo that's a whole different story to address.

Ibra will be the highest payed player in the World behind Eto'o now.
Serie A is now the Insignificant League and Milan won't be winning a CL anytime soon so it's a great time to rebuild anyway.
Maybe the ibra curse will strike again, you know sell ibra and win cl

Re: AC Milan accept Paris Saint-Germain's €65m bid for Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva
Ibra is not a speed striker. He beats you with strength and technique. Those who age quickly are the ones who rely on speed. Even at 31, he's the best CF in the world imo. I don't consider Messi or Ronaldo CFs. Who's better?
Silva is 27. He has a 5 year deal. Most CBs don't hit their prime until they're 26-27. He has 3-5 prime years left... which is the length of his contract.
No matter how you peeps try to justify it... you don't sell the best CF and best CB in the world and somehow end up "better off" lol.

Thiago's agent:"There is nothing decisive.Me and Thiago have received no contact."

I think Ibra will move but Ts will stay

Well if you aren't really likely to win anything with them, any your'e savin 150 million by doing so and you're still relatively safe for a CL spot even if you do sell them...I don't think it's huge.
The Key is who is replacing Ibra, they're gonna look to get some value on Pato right now...it's his time to step up.

Re: AC Milan accept Paris Saint-Germain's €65m bid for Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva
If this is finally true... can someone explain it to me?
PSG offered 46 milion for TS and Milan rejected it. Berlusconi said they rejected 46 while I don't know if PSG stated any official offer.
But now Milan accepts a 62 milion offer for both TS and Ibra? That means they are valuing Ibra less than 16 milion????
Stupid.
Or, maybe PSG never offered 46 in the first place, and Milan said they had rejected such an amount.

What Silvio said is yet to be confirmed. I think Gazzetta were the ones to post the original "quote"

I think Milan are more concerned about getting Zlatan's huge wage bill of the books. I'll miss his arrogance and flair.

lol what if galliani trolled mino riola and ibra, making them think silva will join him in PSG, then with silva agent, they have a pact that he will stay in milan and this whole situation with silva linked to PSG is engineered to get rid of ibra wage bill ...
lol that would be ultimate trolling ever!!!!
with galliani u never know... he is always lying to people for good cause or bad.

i think its absurd too. u right ... either 46 million was never an offer or milan severely has undervalued the price.
its all coming from media so far, both PSG and Milan has never spoken about how much money involved.

They are a shitty paper, but even Gazzetta isn't stupid enough to lie about a direct quote from someone as prominent as the prime minister/president of AC Milan on the front page of their paper, I think....
That would surely be the end of them

Zdenek Zeman has had his say -
“They are going where the money is,” Zeman told Studio Sport. “Until the last oil well dries up, it is the right decision to make…"

Now as of the time of this post there exists a curiosity on the Official AC Milan store.
Whether a technical glitch or result of a hack is unclear.
But you cant view the shirts of two players; Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Obviously. Just settled in well in Serie A and getting rep for being the best there is in his position, and now he must change that. Not likely. If Galliani is using Silva to make Ibra leave it would be interesting though.

Re: AC Milan accept Paris Saint-Germain's €65m bid for Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva
Di Marzio claims that the deal is particularly done and Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva only need to pass the medical check-ups. The official announcement could arrive already on Monday. Milan will get €62-65m. Ibrahimovic was rumoured to be heading to France for medicals this afternoon but according to reports in the Italian media he’s actually in Formentera with former Milan striker Filippo Inzaghi and Ignazio Abate.
Milan are searching for replacements already and are set to meet with the agents of Manchester City duo Carlos Tevez and Edin Dzeko and Internacional’s Leandro Damião soon according to Sky Sport Italia.
