True. People just seem to focus on his main(one?) deficiency. But his defense, ability to get to the rim whenever, playmaking more than make up for it. I keep waiting for him to take that next step with his shooting but it doesn't look like he'll ever be consistent with it.

And he needs to play the regular season with the intensity he shows in the playoffs.

There's certain games where he has everything going for him, he's even hitting that 15-18 footer and 3's but then the next 5+ games he can't hit anything.

It seems to me he's a practice shooter, and it'll probably never translate to games. I remember that All-Star game HORSE where he went toe-to-toe with Durant from 3. Obviously Durant eventually won, but even Durant said he was impressed and didn't know he could shoot like that.

Nah, he doesn't. He's better as of now but I'd rather have LMA, and Aldridge will surpass him this season.

LMA > Love defensively. One ">" doesn't even do justice to how much better he is.

LMA > Love offensively on the block, more polished.

Aldridge also shot over 50% while Love didn't even shoot 45. Love's numbers are better, he's the focal point of their offense. LMA is, but not to the extent of Love. Only thing I think Love is better at, is rebounding and his ability to step out and stretch defenses.

I rate Josh Smith as highly as anyone mentioned thus far lol.

But I actually respect Bosh these days as well came up huge in the finals. He obviously has a better midrange and perimeter game, and played good defense for some stretches.

Was arguably the second most important player when fit.

His defense isn't amazing but it certainly ain't in the Kevin Love sort of sphere, he and Aldridge are around the same level there.Great team defender...actually I'm inclined to give him a slight edge on LMA.

That being said he obviously Wont have a better season than LMA while being a 3rd option.
