It wasn't fake lol. Lille made CL two days ago and are not willing to sell cheap. Newcastle are cheap. Madrid won't spend 10 mil on him. If someone had pulled the trigger before CL qualification, they could have had him for 8 mil.

France transfer window is open until September 4th btw. i know EPL window closes tonight. Not sure about La Liga.

Lille have already signed his replacement and are playing him right now. The kid is good too.

Also we wasn't cheap in a sense..... we agreed a fee and Seydoux decided to move the goal posts constantly and we got pissed off and left.

Why do you think Debuchy agreed personal terms and was about to fly over and have a medical?

Also are you talking about Sidibe? if so he's no replacement for Debuchy as both Seydoux and Garcia have already confirmed weeks ago.

Seydoux lies through his teeth, like most president. He also said that "Debuchy is very much looking forward to playing with Lille in the Champion's League." That's about as BS a statement as he can say. Debuchy has gone on record several times that he wants to leave Lille no matter what...

Also, Garcia has gone on record saying that Sidibe is the RB of the future and, in a perfect screnario, they would love for Debuchy and him to share time this year. HOWEVER, they've played Beria on a couple of occasion at RB now and he's done very well. So they are comfortable with Beria and Sidibe on the right side while Sidibe develops.

Yh Sidibe isn't a replacement for Debuchy which was my point and you just pretty much confirmed that.

Anyway if Madrid want's him i still think this is massive BS i have not seen one reliable source you have not got much time to do it.
