I'll admit it: I searched for the trio that played for my club and voted for them without looking at the other options :coffee:

You have Dalglish, Souness, and Johnston.

I would replace Johnston with Hansen on that trio. Johnston was great but Hansen was one of the most important pieces during those winning times.

If Heysel didn't happen our 80's team could potentially have rivaled any other in history.

For me though it's
1. Di Stefano, Puskas, Gento
2. Van Basten, Gullit, Rijkaard
3. Dalglish, Souness, Hansen
4. Messi, Xavi, Iniesta
