Remember what I posted in the Transfer Speculation Thread.
The resemblance is uncanny.

Re: Guti tells it like it is...
I guess I am the neutral fan then, unfortunately wiki does not have food recipes and I am too lazy to actually look.
And at the all quotes glorifying Messi and CR. Marketing strategies gentlemen, marketing strategies. Guardiola's quote is not food for thought, nor is it a neutral quote, it is just a Messi glorifying quote, aimed at creating headlines. I can fish in the internet and find similar quotes about Amauri for god's sake.

Re: Guti tells it like it is...
As usual gagarin.
zidane and kaka.
who?
trying to rewrite history are we now son?
Can you kindly elaborate how Zidane dragged his team to victory when his team were getting dominated or for that instance Kaka.
Here are the facts.
Zidane lost in 2 CL finals and he was not particularly impressive in either of them(certainly not to the level of dragging Juve to victory).
So why didnt Zidane(who could drag his team to victory as per you) not do anything.
2002 WC against Denmark.Where was the great Zizou?Did absolutely nothing but hey according to you he is the ultimate big game player.
Before you bring out the injury excuse counts for monkey crap.
Where was Zidane when Greece won over them in Euro 2004?
Where was Zidane when Ronnie tore him a new one with Barca?
I can go on and on.
As for Kaka,what a joke.
What exactly has he done to prove himself to be this huge big game player?
Where was he in 2006 when France were dominating Brazil?
Where was he in 2010?
I would so like you to name these games against superior teams where his team were being dominated and Kaka dragged them to victory.

Re: Guti tells it like it is...
It was not Zidane that lost 2 CL finals, but Juve.
Zidane was not the team.
As for Kaka; it is before 2010 that we are looking at.
For reference, see the AC Milan CL campaigns.
In brazil vs france, kaka was the best brazillian player, and brazil lost 1-0, so much for france dominating.
But you are right, when a team is dominated, its dominated, no one player can be the difference except the goal keeper.
For example the infamous 2005 CL final.
Dudek was the bomb, not Gerrard (who was great), but Gerrard's performance in the second half is the closest I have seen for what Yuri was describing.

Why does the injury excuse count for "monkey crap"? Maybe because it actually proves that without zidane france is nothing but some stars with no glue? If it was messi you would have used an excuse such as injuries.
Against bayer leverskun it was very even, and thanks to zidane they won. They would not have won the game without him, thats for sure.

Except Messi is not a fragile little girl that gets injured by taking a few kicks?Giggity5313 wrote:Vs portugal, and vs italy, imo both were superior to france.alexjanosik wrote:As usual gagarin.

Well he's telling the truth.
He's lucky he still isn't at the club though.
