Whenever your team loses we like to criticize the coach and his tactics and what not. Now if you were the coach of your team what would be your tactics.

If i was the coach of ac milan i would change their formation to a 3-5-2

Now this thread is more for who you think fits your team best with the players available with a 3-5-2 i think this covers all of milans positions. And we also have depth with the likes of De Jong Pazzini Etc.

well if i was in charge i would have definitely bought an athletic RB- either piszczek or debuchy and kept granero so we could play a 4-3-3 in big games and still have cover to be as flexible as possible if we need to be more attacking

Ozil and Modric would start together and a new RB.

I would order Marotta to go all-out, even if he had to spend 50+ million, to sign Cavani or Falcao. Other than that, nothing. Conte and Carrera have done excellently.

regarding madrid i would move ramos to the right use varane as cb
and mostly play a 4-3-3 with a midfield of xabi-modric-essien

Montolivo-Bojan/Robinho-SES will all roam/swap positions throughout the game for unpredictability with Nocerino and dejong swaping roles continuously where one presses and the others locks down passages.

I certainly would not have left Raul Meireles go.

I would play the same formation in most games and for the weaker teams would start with this formation:

I would play possession football and try to get my 3 attacking midfielders on the ball as much as possible and allow them to interchange frequently.

I would use Lampard, Ramires, Moses and Sturridge as super subs allowing me to bring engery into a game late on, we would then change the tactics slightly to be more direct.

Only changes in Arsenal team I would like to see is the front three being AoC Giroud and Podolski.

i'd choose our best players and pick the best formation for us and stick with it. something managers are scared to do

i'd also tell sneijder and guarin to stop playing like an asses. and remind sneijder that he's scored about 1-2 long range goals in his whole inter career and isn't allowed to take as many long range shots as he wants

I would simply carry forward the principles of Wenger on and off the field...
may be i will buy more pacy younger players and play a fast pressing game like Dortmund..
