Today in his press conference, Mourinho suggested Barca was one of the club trying to steal Pepe from Madrid.
the clue is mourinho mentioning the video, since Barcelona supposedly made a video compiling pepe's bad challenges to mock the player. It was a big topic in Spain after the clasico and Pepe vs Iniesta+Tito spat in the press.
Anyway, cant blame them for trying to steal Senior Kepler EPEP

I'd love to know why they made those videos, because Pep didn't approve of it, maybe he wanted Epep to consider joining them and not hurt his imaginary feelings by putting this video out there

We record the normal TV pictures of our game but we don't spend our time making videos of specific players. You are right , we played you with 3 wingers in defence and still avoided defeat.
Therefore we aren't so desperate that we would sign Pepe from u. Mascherano has enough grit and steel imo.
Pepe is just violent at the back but isn't a top class defender, look a your conceding stats. He lacks the composure needed to be a barca CB.

Pepe is better than all their cbs. And what style is it you refer to? Barcelona have become far more direc which means they need someone who can actually defend without getting injured.

Also us conceding isn't anything to do with Epep, if you look at all our goals you would realise that nearly all of them are from set pieces or simply just unlucky mistakes that even Titus Bramble would be able to avoid, mistakes happen
Marcherano isn't a grit and steel defender, the guy can't even take over the head balls
you have been winning because you score more than you concede lol, your defence is still made out of swiss cheese
EDIT: just had to respond to your "epep is violent" argument, Epep is NOT violent and is the most level headed guy in our team atm after Xabi

Our defence is bad but Pepe and Ramos are just conceding as much as our swiss-cheese defence-made up of dwarfs and wingers. Even last year- your defence was just as bad.
The one area where Pepe should be a good acquisition for us i.e. his height and strength, he isn't even good at- ---he dives, he is not even good at defending set pieces, ......
Mascherano is a very good CB for us, all he needs is just another decent CB to patner him, not Song or Adriano, then we are sorted.
Lol at your idea of grit and steel. Have you ever seen Puyol wine like a b**# when he is fouled? When was the last time Mascherano got rested or injured? For me thats grit and steel.

As i said before set pieces is why we have conceded that many, and on none of those occasions has it been his fault, it has been ranging from Essien, Khedira, Ronaldo to DiMaria etc, but him and Ramos have usually marked their "men"
When you or any team play against us you don't even get many chances, on the very rare occassions do you get chances ffs, against you we get 10 chances in the opening 2 mins lol. does that give you a hint on how bad your defence is, also Portugal have the most solid defence in Europe and dare i say world, all with Epep being the leader of that defence. We have a bad RB thats what it is, chances usually come from his wing
