This seems like a kick-ass formation!

I would definitely try it but Chiellini becomes unsettled at LB, when he goes back to CB he lacks his usual form.

Also, Isla as a full on RB, not sure but I guess he could do well

4-3-3 is good formation but Conte is against that formation he says its defensive formation in 4-3-3 we have a lot of depth and it can be used good like :

rb: Isla,Licht,Caceres,Pepe ( I've seen Isla as RB he is amazing)
lb: Caceres,PDC,Asamoah,Pepe
CB: Chiellini,BArzagli,Bonucci,CAceres,Marrone,Lucio

CM : Marchisio,Vidal,Pirlo,Padoin,Marrone,Asamoah,Isla,Pogba
RWST,LWST,SS: Vucinic,Giovinco,Qauagliarella,Pepe,Isla,Asamoah,
CF: Matri,Quags,Vucinic,Bendtner.

I still think that Pepe would be one of the best if not the best LB in serie A

I've had the same thought but
Moving chiellini and dropping asamoah isn't beneficial in anyway
