Roma close to Haidara - report

Nancy left-back Massadio Haidara is reportedly on the verge of a move to Roma, according to reports.

French football journalist Johann Crochet has told romagiallorossa.it that the 20-year-old has entered talks with the capital club, and could move over the winter transfer window.

“Haidara has been offered to Roma, that's for sure,” he told the website. “The guy is a powerful left-back, very fast and very good in attack.

“Nancy are in need of a financial injection and so could leave for a fee of around €4-5m.”

The young defender has played 16 times for the Ligue 1 club this season and last year made two appearances for the France Under-21 national team.

You won't be able to escape Gomis. He is made for Newcastle, it is his destiny. A little 12M€ for him, it will go easily, without pain.

Because the league in general is not producing it's own players,just poaching players that were developed in other leagues.EPL is just a money league nowadays,if it didn't have such a unfair financial advantage it would be on par with the Dutch League.Your team is the worst for it.At least teams like Man United and Liverpool have earned there money ,Chelsea and Man City just won the lotto.

Were is the skill in Chelsea spending a hundred million pound of unearned money every season? For supporters of clubs who are run like this do the trophies really mean anything? Because there was no skill or hard work involved at all.

Is there a written or unwritten rule that says a league has to develop its own players in order to be considered upholders of the holy dignity of football?
