Why not just try it? You can always turn it off when things get too heated.

Most people in here behave themselves, I'd say definately give the main page chat a go on some gameday, why not start with the internationals, like Rowpower said.

google chrome has that problem. Use Firefox and that wont be an issue

You realise we're working on a set platform for the forums and that the features added are modules created both others, right? We all have jobs, classes, and lives outside of the forums so we can't spend every hour of every day catering to the whims of a few on here.

That we have things like the chatbox and news feed and what not at all is a huge bonus over the other options that were available and to what we had previously. Please don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

I'm curious, how many add ons and mods are available for the forums? Or does it involve altering code and such, thus making it limitless?

And if so, is it complicated to do, or is it more a case of marking/unmarking a box and pressing apply?

There are six available module options: Chatbox, Calendar, Gallery, Character Sheets (for role playing games), Dice Roller (also for RPG forums), and Widgets. Adding and removing the Modules is relatively simple. We cannot create new modules, however.

The Widgets module is comprised of the things you see to the right of the main content on each page. The Top Posters, Most Active Topics and other two below those are some of the few widgets provided by forumotion. These, like the modules, are relatively simple to add and remove. The News feed is a personal widget created by a couple of the Admins (not myself). As such it is not as simple to modify.

Its no use for having it on every matchday..Whats the point of having a matchday section then ?Could well remove it and add some additional clubs sections which people are requesting !
