Acerbi? Constant? BAKAYE?? tsk tsk Arq
From what I have learned of Islam, apparently (correct me if I am wrong) it is disrespectful to show a visual depiction of illustration of the prophet.....so you can see where I am going here.

Tough to round 4, but let me try: Gamper the creator, Cruyff the visionaire, Pep the perfectionist and Messi the executor!

Madrid: Santiago Bernabeu, Alfredo Di Stefano, RAUL, you are right choosing the 4th one for Madrid is difficult. Miguel Munoz, Puskas, Gento, Sanchis, Hierro, Uncle Flo, Iker, Santillana
and for La Viola!!! Hope Batigol would be in your list.
For la Viola, I'm obviously not a hardcore fan or anything so other opinions would be more valid than mine, but I do have soft spot for them so I'll choose 4 guys
Batigol, Rui Costa, Antognoni
And really any of JoJo, Baggio, Prandelli, and Della Valle could take the 4th spot.

While he remains a talent,he hasnt really done anything worthwhile for the club in comparison to some of the other players in their history ,you know in the 60s and 70s when they were actually competing for Championships and managed to win Cup winners' cup too.
If you are talking about recent history ,then i would definitely put Toni above him in terms of his contributions to the club.

Agreed. It's like who do you celebrate more, the guy who picks the apples and brings them home or the guy that planted the seed?

Well maybe not as big as Messi and not all Catalan but from Spain there were, Pep, Amor, Txiki, Bakero, Zubi, Quini to name the few. But yeah they were not as influential as the people i named as top 4.

Seriously, Hoeness deserves two spots. If that's against the rules then deal with it.
All have a strong case but where would Bayern be today without Hoeness (Uli)? Main reason is that it'd be so dificult to fill that 4th spot, there's the ones you listed and Lattek, Kahn, Pfaff, Hitzfeld, Heynckes, Elber etc.

Re: Your Clubs 'Mount Rushmore'
The Milan Rushmore needs to have players who are legends for Milan over their different periods of success.
Maldini and Baresi for the modern era.
The other two I would choose to be Rivera and Niles Liedholm.
Gunnar Nordahl and Maldini Sr. Narrowly miss out. Although it would be epic if one of Maldini's sons (or both) turn out to be WC so we can have a Mt. Maldini.

Hmmm, Zola and Super Frankie Lampard are obvious ones, with two of Harris, Terry, Drogba, Mourinho, Osgood or Abramovich.
My choices would be Terry and Harris.
