Hoeness, G Mueller, Beckenbauer, Rummenigge
Hard to not put Kahn in there.

Graham? Controversial!
Got to be Wenger, Henry, Adams, Chapman.
Boring and uninspired but it is what it is...
Rice, Brady, Bastin, James, C. George, Bergkamp, Mclintock, Mercer all honourable mentions amongst many more. I'm probably biased towards modern accomplishments of course as I am 25.

Re: Your Clubs 'Mount Rushmore'
For Milan overall it would be Baresi, Maldini, Rivera and Van Basten.
Honorable mention would go to the Gre-No-Li trio, especially Liedholm and Nordahl. Cesare Maldini too. And Nereo Rocco as our greatest ever manager.

Cruijff??
Not a very good name, an indispensable name. I'd go with:
Gamper: Founder of the club, several times president, and saviour in times of need.
Kubala: Led our team to our first era of greatness.
Cruyff: We owe everything we are now to him.
Messi.
