I think the oldest Milan player to play a CL game is Giuseppe Favalli.He started against United in 2010 in the r16 clash if i remember correctly.He was 38 years old then.

I had Favalli in the back of my mind. I remember we always used to make fun of his age, the only question is whether he actually got a go in the CL when he was at his oldest. I still think Maldini would've been 39 or maybe even 40 when he last played CL. Inzaghi is up there too.

The oldest player was definitely Costacurta in 2006-07 against AEK, he was born in April 1966, so he was 40 years and 7 months old at the time.

Captain Paolo last played for Milan in UCL against Arsenal in March 2008, and he was 39 years and 9 months old.

These are the remaining 4 players to have played both for us and Barca: Demetrio Albertini, Patrick Kluivert, Gianluca Zambrotta and Bojan Krkic.

As for the rest, people already have answered.
