Nani hit Arbeloa square in the ribs with his studs, the picture doesn't show that and it doesn't show that Nani followed through with his kick and rolled on the floor pretending to be injured. He was in the air with basically no control of what was happening around him. Also Cakir was the ref that night his definition of dangerous play is different to the ref of the Gala match.

Benzema should have got a yellow for a high boot. If Cakir were ref it probably would have been a red card but Cakir wasn't the ref.

The Gala player ducked his head to head the ball after Benz had it in the air, Benz didn't touch him but should have gotten a yellow for dangerous play.

Ramos caught Yilmaz which the the only time I saw him all game so having him or not will not make a difference at all but imho I think it should have been a peno but Zeal thinks otherwise hmm

he was a mm away from Essien and the ball bounced off Essien and onto Khedira they then moved even closer and carried the ball a little before kicking it out of play. Claiming thats a peno is laughable

Even if Gala had gotten the Yilmaz peno we would probably have won by an even larger number, Mou made some defensive subs towards the end which would not have happened had we conceded. Gala only had one dangerous shot on target which was by Eboue in the first half. Gala remind me of Ajax where we can win 7-1 no matter how many desicions go their way. I expect the same result away

Should have been actually red on Thiago Silva, Kuipers can be happy that Barcelona advanced.

But omg, level of refereeing nowdays, how is it possible that they don't even know the rules? :facepalm:
