I know Cro praised him but I am shocked at how well he has come up to speed after looking a little shaky in the first few games (IMO)

Scoutnation just put this compilation up of him today. Not having watched any inter this season how's he like over the full 90? Some of his passing/dribbling looks really quality in the video for a player of his age.

I'll have to try and watch him if I get a chance, if he's as good as he looks then Inter have a real star on their hands.

^ He can push foward similar to Steven Gerrard.
It is very difficult to get the ball from him.
He also remains calm when in possession and therefore makes good decisions with his runs and passes.

He is still young to carry the Inter midfield.. There are so many mediocre players and you cannot expect a 19year old to carry them.
Inter should and must implement better players in midfield to build around Kovacic.
But seeing the decisions Inter have made over the past few years I highly doubt this will happen.
Having Schelotto and Kuzmanovic playing alongside Kovacic goddamn Inter.....

tbf a lot of his dribbles are in the centre of the pitch where people aren't really trying to close him down that hard, but still impressive

At this moment this 19 year old is head and shoulders above the rest of our players. I have a feeling his second season will be his last season if we don't improve. Guy deserves champions league football at the minimum. That's how good he is.
