If O'shea leaves we are left with Rafael, Fabio, and Evra as full backs.

We have Fabio/Rafael for RB and Evra/Fabio for LB. I know Jonny Evans can also play as LB.

RB: Fabio/Rafael
CB: Ferdinand & Vidic/Smalling & Jones
LB: Evra/Evans

Is this how are defense gonna look like for the new season?
Are we gonna buy/sell another player?

Evans will be deployed as a LB now, and he is capable of playing there. Rafael and Fabio on the right. We're good to go.

Tbh that looks enough already. And it gives Fergie an opportunity to play some youths, which is what your club is renowned for- giving youths a chance to play, and then eventually turning out quite good.

Chris Smalling has sometimes played at full-back: Jones is the same. You will have plenty of cover at full-back.

I've always been uncomfortable with the idea of shifting CBs to RB all of a sudden.

We did it with Sorensen at Juve, and although the defensive aspects really worked out well. He had a horrid time pushing up as well as linking with the wings.

I have a feeling though that Man U may acquire another Full Back before the End of the Transfer Campaign. Don't think Fergie would let some one depart and not replace him in some aspect.
