GL Fantasy Football: 13/14 Season

This thread is to be used for housing the links to and the discussion of fantasy football leagues for the 2013/2014 season. If anyone knows of any fantasy leagues for Serie A, Bundesliga, La Liga, Ligue 1, etc. please let an Admin or Mod know. Also, should you wish to have your league added please PM me and I will update this OP with the links and codes/passwords to join. All members are welcome to play and compete and the banter that comes along with that is encouraged. Please try to keep it clean and within forum rules, though.

RG and I are currently looking into (what we feel is) an exciting new set-up for the head-to-head fantasy league(s) so make sure to keep an eye on this thread for an update before the start of the season!
Due to the many questions regarding how a head-to-head league works, here is the PL sites official explanation for the scoring system:
Basically it's set up like a regular football league. Each week you face off against one opponent and the winner from that week gets 3 points while the other gets none. Whoever gets the most points from head-to-head match-ups over the course of the season wins.

Head-to-Head Scoring
In a league with Head-to-Head each team plays a match against another team in the league each Gameweek. The match result is based on the Gameweek score of each team minus any transfer points spent preparing for the Gameweek.
3 points are awarded for a win and 1 point for a draw, teams are then ranked on points earned in Head-to-Head matches.
Head-to-Head fixtures are generated at the start of the league's first Gameweek. Once these fixtures have been generated the league is locked and teams will not be able to join or leave.
If a Head-to-Head league has an odd number of teams then an average team will join the league to ensure each team has a fixture every Gameweek. This team will always score the Gameweek average.
In the event of a tie between teams, the team who has most game points will be positioned higher.

8.0 for Bony (Swansea) was disappointing, too, I was expecting around 7.

How many people would be interested in a Head-to-head league? Depending on the number involved we have an interesting and ambitious plan, but it requires a significant level of interest and some amount of commitment from those involved.

Head-to-head leagues work like actual football leagues. Each matchday you're up against a single opponent from the league. Whichever player gets more points wins, and receives 3 points. If you tie, both receive 1 point. Loser receives none.

The only problem is that some people will stop playing Fantasy Footy after the start and that's more problematic in head-to-head than in Classic, but it should still be fun.

Absolutely, which is why I said it will take both significant levels of interest (need a good number of players to even make our idea work) and a certain level of commitment (to keep it going all season... and beyond [yes, we're thinking that far ahead).
