Just to be fair, everyone already knows how I feel about the situation, but my connections in Qatar are telling me that they don't want to move the World Cup at all and this is all Sepp's doing :facepalm:

And what's your problem with Oil money ? It's also a main source of revenue for countries like Canada you know, and how about you boycott bumping gas into your car since oil is such a dirty product. And how do you know that the people in Qatar have no interest in football ? have you been there lately ? matter of fact do you know anything about how passionate the whole middle east region is about football ? and speaking of the desert do you know that VEGAS is in the middle of the desert ? you're not complaining about that now are you, and who said you cant drink during the World Cup? it's part of the whole agreement you know.

just a few reasons worth thinking about....

1- There's a big difference between an opinion and a fact.

2- I live in the Middle East, and yes the summer temperatures are high, but it's far less of a nuisance than everyone's making it out to be. The only forseeable heat-related problem is the players who are playing, but in their bid Qatar said they have a solution, so if it works (it definitely can), problem solved.

3-What is tis point even about?

4- Again, so far this is only an idea, nothing more. It is FIFA's idea by the way, not Qatar's.

5- No comment, this is a wild guess by you, and do you really think the players will be so willing to pass up a WC?

6- If you have been to Qatar (which you obviously haven't) youll see that what you said is completely against the reality.
